1. Shipping Origin: All orders will be shipped from Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, China.
2. Processing Time: Orders placed before 4 p.m. on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be postponed to the next working day for processing.
3. Shipping Methods: We cooperate with multiple reliable logistics providers and allocate shipments intelligently based on the destination and package weight to ensure efficient delivery.
4. Freight: The system automatically calculates the freight based on the shipping address and package weight, which will be clearly displayed at the time of placing an order.
5. Logistics Tracking: The logistics tracking number will be provided after shipment, allowing you to conveniently track the progress of your package.
6. Delivery Time: Generally, it takes 2 - 5 days for domestic delivery and approximately 7 - 15 days for international delivery, depending on the destination. This is for reference only, and the actual time may vary.
7. Special Circumstances: In case of force majeure or logistics peak seasons, there may be delays. We will notify you in a timely manner and assist in resolving the issue.
